Adventure-Ready Gravel

The Specialized Diverge

Toronto-area gravel rides often mix pavement, rail trails, and back roads into one loop; think of Durham Region routes and rides near the Durham Forest area. When surfaces change mid-ride, traction, comfort, and stable handling matter more than chasing perfect pavement.

A Specialized Diverge is made for that mix: stable on loose sections, smooth on rough connectors, and still efficient when you roll back onto pavement. On select models, Future Shock adds front-end compliance to reduce fatigue during longer mixed-surface rides (model-dependent).

Climb Efficiently, Descend Aggressively
At the heart of the Rockhopper Expert is its RockShox Judy SoloAir fork with Turnkey damper. Size-specific travel (80mm on XS/S, 90mm on M, 100mm on L/XL/XXL) balances big-hit control with pedaling efficiency. It’s plush when you need it and firm when you don’t—making this bike just as fun uphill as it is downhill.

Balanced Geometry, Rider-First Feel
With its Premium A1 Aluminum frame and modern trail geometry, the Rockhopper Expert delivers consistent handling across all sizes. Hydroformed tubes keep weight to just 13.12 kg while maintaining serious strength. Internal cable routing, dropper-post compatibility, and generous standover clearance give you the freedom to move confidently on technical terrain.

Durable, Practical, and Ready to Rip
From the SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain to the Shimano MT-200 hydraulic brakes, the Rockhopper Expert is equipped for reliability and control. Tubeless-ready Stout wheels with 25mm internal width, grippy Ground Control 2.35″ tires, and Formula hubs keep you confident no matter where the trail leads. This is a bike built to last.

Specialized Diverge Bike - Mississauga & Toronto

Specific Traits of the Product

Gravel Geometry
for Stability

The Specialized Diverge bikes are designed to feel planted on loose surfaces while staying efficient on pavement. That calm handling helps when your route shifts from gravel to paved connectors mid-ride.

Future Shock Comfort
(Select Models)

On select models, Future Shock adds front-end compliance to reduce vibration and repeated bumps (model-dependent). The result is less fatigue on longer gravel days.

Tire Clearance
for Real Gravel

Wider-tire capability lets you prioritize traction and comfort on loose corners and rough connectors (model-dependent). It also gives you room to tune your setup for your usual GTA routes.

Disc Brake
Control

Disc brakes are featured on many Specialized Diverge builds for consistent control in mixed conditions (model-dependent). That matters for loose descents, trail crossings, and stop-and-go moments.

Mounts for Longer
Days (Select Models)

Many Specialized Diverge setups support bottle and gear mounts on select builds. Helpful when a short ride turns into an all-day loop.

Gravel + Pavement
Versatility

These bikes stay efficient on pavement while feeling composed on gravel. It’s a strong fit for the GTA riding, where most routes include both.
